He was predeceased by: his parents, Lois Peloquin and Leo Peloquin; his siblings, John, Kathy (Alan) and Ida (Jim); his brothers-in-law, Bob Kohles and Rudy Muska; and his parents-in-law, Rudy, Marian Muska and Todd Paznikowich.

He is survived by: his children, Terry (Jolene) and Tami; his wife Darlene Muska; his grandchildren, Justin (Ashley), Erica (Dan), Tracey and Tony; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Taylor, Gavin, Riley, Connor, Evelyn, Aria, Nash, Mason, Levi and Leo; his siblings, Leo (Nola), Pat (Melody), Steve (Jackie), Rich (Marg), Mike (Dawn), Jim (Marci), Jeff (Teresa), Janet, Judy (Glen) and Theresa (Rick); and his sisters-in-law, Coeta Peloquin and Kim Sykes (Wade). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
