She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Rehder and Helen Rehder (Wegge); her husband Clifford Basel of Paul's Lutheran Church; and her sister Shirley Orf. She is survived by: her children, New Richmond, Connie (Joe), Cheryl (Paul), Butch (Barb) and Jody; her grandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer (Mitch), Alexis and Reece; and her great grandchildren, Henry and Emma.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to St. Luke's Lutheran Church for supporting the youth programs and keeping the Cross Garden beautiful.
