She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Algeo and Myrtle Algeo (Rydberg); her sister Mary Jane Falk; her brother-in-law Donald "Bub" Falk; her nephew Patrick Falk; and her stepbrothers, Lawrence Score and Wesley Score.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Kulzer (Drew), Jay DeWitt (Missy) and Erik DeWitt (Colleen); her grandchildren, Joseph, Katherine, Bailee, Eli and Connor; her former husband Thomas DeWitt; her son-in-law Matt Hudson; and her niece Amy Shaw (Chris). She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
