He was predeceased by : his parents, Shirley Ann Evans (Shipman) and Carl Evans; and his grandparents, Robert and Helen Shipman of Lowell, IN.. He is survived by : his half-sister Jaime Crawford (Evans); and his aunts and uncles, Robert Shipman (Laurie), James Shipman (Kim), Marcella Duncan (Shipman), Debra Burke (Shipman), Christine Payne (Shipman) and Catherine Lobody (Bruce).
