She is survived by: her children, Kay, Nicholas Johnson and Tyler Johnson; her stepdaughters, Miranda Johnson and Chamie Alvarez; her mother Janet Martell (Flandrick); her siblings, Carol Parsons (Jerry), Angie Smith (William), Rochelle Kelley, Keith Martell (Becky), Harold Martell (Tresa), Dianne Schweitzer (Tim), Helen Derrick (Don) and Loren Martell (Orvilla); her siblings' child Auntie Kay-Kay; and her former spouse Mick Johnson.
