It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lois King of New Richmond, Wisconsin, born in Red Wing, Minnesota, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Mehrkens and Erma Mehrkens (Bartels); her husband Julian King; and her siblings, Larry, David Mehrkens and Karen Knoepke.
She is survived by: her former husband Vernon Voght; her children, David Voght, Wayne Voght (Lisa) and Pamela Kjellberg; her stepchildren, Ken King (Aimee) and Wendy Swanson (Gary); and her sister WendyJo Mehrkens. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
