He was predeceased by: his sister Jade Elizabeth; his grandfather Stan Miller; and his great-grandparents, Bev Sieg and Connie Czekalski. He is survived by: his parents, Jennifer Rivard (David) and Joshua Miller (Mary); his siblings, Tyler, Alyssa and Grace; his grandparents, Paul, Darlene Sieg and Christie Miller; his great-grandparent Vera Bender; his aunts and uncles, Heidi Middendorp (Mike), Amanda Busse (Justus), Dan Sieg (Lori) and Jacob Miller (Sarah); and his close friend Mandi Wilberg.

Memorials are preferred to the family.

No words can express your loss. Sincerely, Heather Chamberlin. P..S. I don't know if you believe what I will say but according to some folks, our loved ones visit us in our dreams. I believe for my dad and some uncles have come through in dreams. Just a thought.”
