She was predeceased by: her brother Verne Draeger; and her brothers-in-law, Gene Gramse and Ronald Thurber. She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Thurber; her daughters, Karen Lindstrom (John) and Kelly Chan (Anthony); her grandsons, Josef Lindstrom (Ashley), Joshua Lindstrom, Kevin Chan, Nathan Chan, Jeff Lindstrom and John Lindstrom; her sisters, Nancy Gramse, Pat Thurber and Diane LaBelle (Arnold); and her great grandchildren, Catalina and Mallory.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Thurber family.
