He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bokelman and Pearl Bokelman. He is survived by: his son Matthew Bokelman (Leah); his granddaughters, Anneli, Eveline and Levia Bokelman; his siblings, Nancy Mesich (Mike) and James "Rick" Bokelman; and his siblings' children, John Mesich (Olivia), Brian Mesich (Ashley), David Bokelman (Genevieve) and Kristy Carmody (Brian). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
