It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrtle Elsie (Goeke) Vetter of Newton, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Alberts and Florence Alberts (Campbell); her husbands, Allen Goeke and Edward Vetter; her brother Wendell Alberts; and her siblings-in-law, Ray, Ruth Goeke, Norman, Linda Stuckman, Bernice, Marvin Summers, LaVerne and Walter Miennert.
She is survived by: her children, Jefry, Cindi Goeke, Terry and Tom Miller; her grandchildren, Scott Miller and Lisa Goeke; her stepchildren, Terri, Mike Hollen and Lana Cournia; her stepgrandchildren, Nicole Clark, Bradon Roth, Tannon and Josie Schultz; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Madyson Roth and Declan Clark. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Salem Ebenezer Reformed Church (6524 County Rd C, Manitowoc, WI 54220). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
