She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Carl and Agnes Carl (LeGreve); her husband Kenneth Shampo; her siblings, Chuck Carl (Carol), Tom Carl and Yvonne Hansen (Cleo); and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Melelli, Gerald Shampo (Mary) and Donna Shampo.
She is survived by: her children, David Shampo (Ellen), Donald Shampo (Tracy), Linda Blagec (Dale) of Niagara and Lisa Wells (Robert) of Niagara; her grandchildren, Evan Blagec (Paula), Ethan Blagec (Alyssa), Ian Shampo, Corrina Shampo (Logan), Brittany Shampo, Ross Shampo, Allison Krueger (Nathan), Isabel Wells and Abigail Wells; her great grandchildren, Lucas Pollard, Jaxson Shampo, Caden Witte and Vienna Blagec; her sisters, Pat Wickman (Tom) and MaryLee Melelli; and her siblings-in-law, Dale Shampo (Lucy) and Sally Carl. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
