He is survived by: his children, Cindy Diemel (Steve), Connie Furman (Rick) and Mike Carpenter; his daughter-in-law Faye Carpenter; his grandchildren, Pam Figlinski (Ron), David Diemel (Stephanie), Eric Diemel (Nicole), Brandon Carpenter (Lindsey), Amanda Carpenter, Jeremiah Carpenter (Jaclyn), Ben Carpenter, John Carpenter (Augusta) and Becca Carpenter (Kate); and his great grandchildren, Alyssa, Baylie, Ethan, Cole and Tegan Diemel.
