It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Alrita Ann Ornes of Norwalk, Wisconsin, who passed away at the age of 89, on April 10, 2024. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Laufenberg and Loretta Laufenberg (Brueggen); her husband Gordon; her grandson Paul Daniel Ornes; and her sister-in-law Debra Laufenberg.

She is survived by : her son John; her daughter-in-law Barb Ornes of Norwalk; her grandsons, Matthew Ornes (Diana) of Sparta and Timothy Ornes (Sam) of Norwalk, WI; her great grandchildren, Kennedy, Lailah, Vanessa, Elliott, Josie and Lena; her great great grandchildren, Porter and Maevis; and her siblings, Jane Darling (Jerry) of La Crescent, MN and Roger Laufenberg of Janesville. She is also survived by many nieces nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Augustine Catholic Church (W109 Co Hwy U, Norwalk, WI 54648). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
