He is survived by: his stepfather Donald Heilman; his siblings, Barb Burnham (Don Hemmersbach), Laurie Leis (Gary), Dave Kolbo (Polly), Scott Kolbo (Beth Helgesen) and Don Heilman (Christa); his nieces and nephews, Christy Storandt (Cole), Jill Iverson (Jake), Garrett Burnham, Ryan Kolbo, Stacey Zwiefel (Nate), Danny Kolbo (Heidi Hegren), Courtney Cunningham (Travis), Cheyenne Kolbo, Brittany Parsons (Alex), Brandon Heilman, Brent Heilman, Ashley Harrison (Mike), Jeremy Leis (Michelle McGuire), Stephanie Klinkner (Dillan) and Cody Leis; and his friends, Doug, Liz Sullivan, Rod, Lynn Calhoun, Lori, Todd Ripley, Danita, Virgil Schmitz, Mike Rapp, Linda Organ and Marcy Donskey. He is also survived by uncles and numerous cousins.
