He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Johnston and Mary Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Joanna; his children, Andrew (Tracy), Alan (Jennifer), Lisa (Jon) and Melissa (Stephen); and his grandchildren, Alexandra, David (Amber), Isabella, Parker, Jonathan, Morgan, Laura, Sarah, Charles and Mary.
