He is survived by: his wife Patricia Leu Kinateder; his siblings, Fred Kinateder (Mary), Kathy Largin-Ringkjob, Tim Kinateder (Michelle) and Jim Kinateder (Janet); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Bubolz (Chuck) and Jim Leu; and his caregivers, Christa and Bobbie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
