With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel T. Schilz of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 23, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Hecker Schilz; his sister Shelly Ryan; his father-in-law Richard Hecker; and his brother-in-law Michael Scaffidi. He is survived by: his child McKenzie Schilz; his parents, Marilyn Schilz and Dallas Schilz; his sister Dawn Jensrude (Duffy Schultz); his mother-in-law Beverly Hecker; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Scaffidi, Lisa Wright (John Bebeau), Kelly Saele, Randy Hecker (Siouing) and Rick Hecker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many, many friends.
He cared for Laura with unwavering dedication as she battled Parkinson's disease, going the extra mile for her every step of the way.
