With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janell K. Smith (Oak Creek, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 30, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Daniel Robert Smith; her children, Tanner Chase Smith, Parker James Smith and Hannah Crystal Smith (Sebastian Bates); her parents, Robert "Sonny" Rasmussen and Joanne Rasmussen; her brother Aron Rasmussen (Amanda Ossmann); her siblings-in-law, John (Cindy), Jerry (Chris), Kathy and David (Deb); her parents-in-law, Floyd I. "Smitty" Smith and Evelyn M. Smith; and her pets, Pixie and Lily. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
