He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Alma (Bandemor); his brothers, Robert (Florence) and Russell (Yvonne); and his parents-in-law, Melvin and Elsie Schultz (Reinke).
He is survived by: his wife Janet (Schultz); his daughter Lisa Butzlaff (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Michael, Matthew (Linnea) and Kelsey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
