He is survived by: his sons, Scott Johnson (Mary) and Steve Johnson; his son-in-law Buddy Rayburn; his grandchildren, Jackie Kasal, Marty Johnson and Jenna Rayburn; his great grandchildren, Tasha, Jonathan, Teagan and Jesse; his great great grandchild Octavuis; and his wife Mary.
