He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kosmatka (Darleen) and Helen Kosmatka (Dembczak); his daughter Annette Williams (Ted); and his brother Gary Kosmatka. He is survived by: his daughters, Rene Ambrose (Paul), Michelle Kosmatka and Bridget Thyne (Patrick); his grandchildren, Karl (Becky), Amanda (Nick), Nicholas (Anna), Samantha, Graham (Brooke) and Abby (Eric); his great grandchildren, Chase, Evan, Sophia, Dominic, Archer and Daphne; his sister Kathy Todd; his siblings-in-law, Michael Okonek (Karen), Timothy Okonek (Beverly) and Patricia Szmurlo; and his pet Sushi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and caring neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Greenridge Chapel (4747 S 60th St, Greenfield, WI 53220). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), Zilber Hospice, or Susan G. Komen (Wisconsin).
