He was predeceased by: his parents, Burdette Billings and Clara Billings (Martin); his grandchild Kelly; and his siblings, Mary Heise, Mike Billings, Donna Billings and Richard Billings.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Stayton; his children, Ronnie Stayton (Shelly), Laura Wetley (Patrick), Verna Gebhardt, Becky Campobello (Mark) and Bart Billings (Dawn); and his siblings, Marvin Billings, Dottie Frye and Paul Billings. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren, his several brothers and sisters in law, his church family, and many other dear friends.
