She was predeceased by : her parents, Erich Meyn and Laura Meyn (Viehstedt); her husband Maynard Chadwick, Jr.; her parents-in-law, Maynard, Sr. and Rosetta Chadwick; and her sisters-in-law, Patsy Schwefel and Dynie Meyn.

She is survived by : her children, Deborah Clark of Oakfield, Sandy Ryan (Mark) of Oakfield, Todd Chadwick (Lori) of Fond, Lac and Craig Chadwick of Oakfield; her grandchildren, Amber McMahon (Ryan), Andrea Clark, Andy Chadwick (Jenny), Johnna Ryan, Mitchell Chadwick (Jordan) and Brett Ryan (Lisabeth); her great grandchildren, Adrienne, Alden, Helen and Evelyn; her brother Kenneth Meyn; her brother-in-law Jerry Schwefel; and her pet Maddie. She is also survived by nieces, cousins, and many lifelong friends.

Memorial donations in honor of Carol may be made to St. Luke's Lutheran Church "Build on the Rock Fund" or Generations Home Care and Hospice.
