Richard D. Philipsky Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard D. Philipsky of Oakfield, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 31, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elsie Margaret Philipsky (Krueger) and Albert Benidict Philipsky; his wife Dianne Joy Tank; his in-laws, Rufus and Olive Tank; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Martens, David Bargenquast and Gerald Martens; and his nephews, Chris Tank and Matt Martens.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael Philipsky of Oshkosh, WI and Paul Philipsky of Oakfield, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Arthur Tank (Jeanne) and Debra Schneider (Joe) of Fond du Lac, WI. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to St. Luke's Lutheran School Fund.
