Ruth A. (Schmitz) Lutze Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2025, at the age of 83, Ruth A. (Schmitz) Lutze of Oakfield, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schmitz and Ruth Schmitz (Schaus); her parents-in-law, Emil Lutze and Adeline Lutze (Luebke); and her daughter-in-law Heather Lutze.
She is survived by: her husband Glenn; her children, Kristin Hinze (Steve) of Oakfield, Kimberlie Floyd of Eden Prairie, MN, Brian Lutze of Fond du Lac and Kathryn Bodie (Guy) of Buckeye, AZ; her grandchildren, Robby Hinze (Rachel), Stephanie Slayton (Aaron), Corrie Floyd (Liz), Tony Floyd (Kimberly), Collin Lutze, Karma Kocos (Ryan), Kaden Kocos and Karisma Chavet (Eric); her great grandchildren, Lyla, Henley, Crosby Floyd, Averie, Griffin, Gannon Hinze, Steven, Gatlin Slayton, Ava, Nola Floyd, Jonah and Oliver Chavet; her sister Mary Lou Lane (Mike); and her sister-in-law Diane Reichwaldt (Eugene). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hope Lutheran Church (260 Vincent St, Fond du Lac, WI 54935). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
