He was predeceased by: his wife Jacquie; his parents, Byron Allen and Lucille Allen; and his brother-in-law Clay Davenport. He is survived by: his son Rich Allen (Julie); his grandchildren, Morgan, Andrew, Kate and Lucy Allen; his brother Richard Allen (Jackie); his nephews, David (Scarlett), Barton (Angela) and Jon Allen (Kattie); his brother-in-law Rich Shear (Gwyn); his nieces, Kris Toohey (John) and Kerry Fitzgerald (Kevin); and his nephew Jay Davenport (Colleen). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jerome Catholic Church or to America's Warrior Partnership in honor of Dave's military service and lifelong support of veterans.
