He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Evans and Cleo Evans; his daughter Leslie Evans; his brother James Evans (Shirley); and his nephew Matthew Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Alan Evans (Erika) and Daphne Roy; his brothers, Warren Evans (Linda) and Bruce Evans (Pat); his brother-in-law Chester Whyers (Debbie); his grandchildren, Lauren, Caitlin (Jeremy), Moriah, Michaela, Sarah, Noah, Megan and Rebecca; and his great grandchildren, Nadia and Eden. He is also survived by many family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the First Congregational United Church of Christ (815 S Concord Rd, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Dave's memory to the Alzheimer's Association or to First Congregational United Church of Christ in Oconomowoc.
