He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Arlene. He is survived by: his wife Julayne Sullivan; his children, Kimberly Wittmann and Steve Sullivan (Kelly); his grandchildren, Ashley, Madison Wittmann, Landon and Parker Sullivan; and his brother Paul Sullivan (Lynn). He is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pagenkopf Funeral Home (2228 Silver Maple Ln, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital in Dave's memory.
