He is survived by: his wife Judy Smith; his brother Robert Smith; his grandson Kevin; his great grandchildren, Melyssa, Meagan and Madison; his grandson Stephen (Traci); his great grandchildren, Riley and Benjamin; his grandson Sean; his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Tatum and Kenadie; his grandson Brian (Tanya); and his great grandchildren, Graham and Aubree.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Oconomowoc Area Baseball Club (OABC) (https://www.oconomowoc5os.org) in support of youth sports — a cause that meant the world to him.
