Dennis Robert Rietveld Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis Robert Rietveld (Oconomowoc, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Dennis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dennis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and June. He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his brother Jerry Rietveld (Toni). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for memorial contributions to be made to the Wisconsin Humane Society.
