It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eric Otto Rodger Nelson of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 4, 2025, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his nephew Brady Hackbarth. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Nelson and Rodger Nelson; his children, Kayla Nelson (Jonathan Hanlon) and Ayden Schmitt; his sisters, Christa Gavin (Tim) and Tina Hackbarth (Tim); his niece Emma Hackbarth; his nephews, Seth Hackbarth, Caleb Gavin and Jacob Gavin; and his friend Lori Capelle.
