With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Ackley of Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 30, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Helen leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Helen may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John and Betty; and her brother Jack (John M. Ackley Sr.). She is survived by: her sister Nancy Steinman Himsel; her children, John Jr. and Donna Muehl (Mark); her granddaughter Ashley Wright (Michael); and her great grandchildren, Kami Renee and Skyler Jade.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Pagenkopf Funeral Home (2228 Silver Maple Ln, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Pewaukee Food Pantry.
