She is survived by: her parents, Jim Bliefernicht and Sue Bliefernicht (Voss); her husband Parker Haag; her sons, Quinn and Oliver; her brother Jacob Bliefernicht (Jenny); her nieces and nephews, Beckett and Finley; her parents-in-law, Scott and Jackie Haag; her brother-in-law Kristian Haag (Kathy); her niece Rose; and her grandfather-in-law Dorothy Jones.

Memorials in Kristin's name can be made to Temple of Kinship, a Wisconsin-based retreat for individuals navigating stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.
