She is survived by: her husband Richard Warczak; her sons, Vincent Warczak (Leslie) and Andrew Warczak (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Wilder Warczak, Parker Warczak, Henry Warczak and Caroline Warczak; and her brothers, Ralph Herrick (Chris) and Joseph Herrick (Linda). She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
