He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward and Martha Andrus (Urquhart); his parents-in-law, Henry and Leona Tunak; his granddaughter Brianna Maphis; his brothers, Robert, Rodney and Ronald Andrus; and his siblings-in-law, Melvin and Betty Probst.
He is survived by: his wife Donna (Tunak); his children, Julie Maphis and Curtis Andrus; his grandchildren, Bryce Maphis (Brittany), Brent Maphis (Ty Hutchinson) and Brynn Maphis; his great grandchildren, Landon and Madison Maphis; his sister Gloria Nazari (David); his sisters-in-law, Patricia Andrus and Paige Lewis; his caregiver Jody; and his friend Terri Alexander.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar St. Paul's Lutheran Church- Oconomowoc (210 E Pleasant St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Lutheran Church (210 E Pleasant St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066).
