He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Subera and Lydia Subera (Weber); his son Dale; his sister Bernice Kubarski; his siblings-in-law, Gene Kubarski, Don Lee, Russel Lamb, Everett Lamb, Rita Lamb and Naomi Lamb; and his parents-in-law, Tom and Bessie Lamb.

He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Deb Culhane (Stephen) and Brad Subera (Sherry); his grandchildren, Conner Culhane, Lydia Culhane, Russel Culhane and Arianna Subera; and his siblings, Elaine Lee and Elble Lamb (Gayla). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
