He was predeceased by: his spouse Gaile J. Misiak (Beaty); his parents, Leonard Misiak and Bernadine Misiak (Olender); and his sister Kathleen Misiak Lucas. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher T. Misiak (Tonya) and Michael J. Misiak of Milwaukee, WI; his brothers, Larry Misiak (Helen) of Texas and James Misiak (Sue) of Milwaukee, WI; and his grandchildren, Thomas C. Misiak and Abigail L. Misiak.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Jerome Catholic Church (1001 S Silver Lake St, Oconomowoc, WI 53066).
