He is survived by: his wife Susan O'Connell; his children, Sean O'Connell (Suzanne), Shannon Sweek (Nick) and Travis O'Connell; his granddaughters, Scarlett and Violet Sweek; his sisters, Peggy Roush (Bill), Betsy Kasenga (Ray) and Mickey Erickson (Bruce); and his friends, Afifa Ahmady, Tom and Sue. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Tom's name may be directed to St. Jerome Catholic Church, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, or Chesterton Academy, Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
