He is survived by : his wife Keri Davis-Weaver; his children, Blake K. Weaver, Ethan T. Weaver and Eliana J. Weaver; his brother John Weaver (Nikki); his nephew Evan Davis; his nieces, Delaney and Amanda Davis; his goddaughters, Kitana Weaver and Caitlin Davis; his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Gail Davis; and his brother-in-law Jeff Davis (Kelly).

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Lutheran Church (6000 Broadway Rd, Richmond, IL 60071). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

If desired, memorial donations to help with college funds for Tom's children can be made in care of Keri Davis-Weaver.
