He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Werner and Lavina Werner; his wife Gladys L. Heinemann of John's Lutheran Church; his parents-in-law, Ernest and Mabel Heinemann; his siblings, Florence Fortnum, Frank J. and Fred Werner; and his siblings-in-law, Vivian Werner, Lucille Kolakowski, Irene Allison, Florence Sternberg, Floyd Fortnum (Jack), Ray Elsea, Clifford Allison, Robert Sternberg, Ray Kolakowski, William Steffel and Reuben Gohr.
He is survived by: his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Kitty Werner; his grandchildren, Jennifer and Matthew (Jen); his sisters-in-law, Arlene Elsea of Corry, PA, Millie Gohr and Janice Steffel; and also Immy of Oakland, CA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Grace Lutheran Church in honor of Clarence or to Forget Me Not Fund, which supports local dementia care, in honor of Gladys.
