He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis and Violet Lewis (Clark); and his siblings, Ross Lewis, Carl Lewis, Bob Moe and Margaret Lonzo.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Ruth Andre; his children, Sally Lewis, Jeffrey Lewis, Timothy Lewis, Tamitha Lewis, Patrick Lewis and Betty Stange (Shane); his grandchildren, Dana Lundgren (Dan) and Hayden Stange; and his great grandchildren, Mia and Evelyn.
