She is survived by : her mother Lucille Polzin (Stank); her son Andrew (Abby); her grandson Stetson; and her siblings, Tracy Woodman (Wayne) and Anthony Urbanek. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
