He was predeceased by : his parents, Gabriel Rugg and Tillie Rugg; and his brother Richard Rugg. He is survived by : his wife Dee; his daughter Julie Bell; his grandchildren, Paul Rugg and Hayden Bell; his niece Jennifer Phelps (Tim); and his nephew Richard Rugg (Rachel). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
