It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ralph L. Phillips of Oconto, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his father Lee Phillips; and his brother-in-law Tom McFadden. He is survived by : his wife Angela Phillips; his children, Brandi Hinkle (Jordan), Chelsea Tourville (Kris), Emarie Phillips and Andrew Wusterbarth (Jane); his siblings, Rose McFadden and Rev. Richard "Butch" Phillips (Sandy); and his grandchildren, Lily Phillips, Noah Konop, Elise Tourville, Gabriella Konop and Yannick Tourville.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the family.
