He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Hoffman and Loretta Hoffman (Lohman). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hoffman; his sons, Eric Hoffman (Lauren) and Paul Hoffman (Heidi); his siblings, Darlene Rantala (Ward), Jerry Hoffman (Mary Don) and David Hoffman (Wendy); and his grandchildren, Della, Charlie, Maizy, Tyler and Penny. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (300 Arbutus Ave, Oconto, WI 54153). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given.
