She is survived by: her husband Gordon "Gordy" Schmid; her son Martin "Marty" Thompson (Rose); her grandson Connor Thompson (Jenna); her stepchildren, Jeffrey Schmid (Kelly) and Brenda LaFave (Richard); her stepgrandchildren, Corey Dufresne, Kristin Coston (Junius), Jeffrey Schmid (Liz Hawbaker), Ryley Schmid (Elizabeth), Skyler Schmid (Karly), Jeremy LaFave (Karen) and Adam LaFave; Bentley, Camryn, Ariana, Ayden, Londyn, Elowyn, Jonas and Kayden.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Chapel (340 S Monroe Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301, USA). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
