He is survived by: his parents, Casey Pongratz and Justin Steineke; his half-sister Dinara Steineke; his grandparents, Sharon, Jerome Pongratz and Karen Steineke; and his aunts and uncles, Jerome R. Pongratz, Bobbie Pongratz and Kathy Pongratz.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his honor.
