He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Bushek and Muriel Bushek (Christianson); and his daughter Rebecca Paulson (Bushek). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine June Kapanke; his brothers, Steve, George and Richard; his son Brian Bushek (Jennifer) of Chicago, IL; his son-in-law Doug Paulson of Marion, IA; and his grandchildren, Seth Paulson, Katie Paulson, Stella Bushek and Marius Bushek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
