He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Meyer and Hazel Meyer (Munn); his wife Beverley Christianson; his sister Kathleen Christianson (Harold); and his sister-in-law Janet Christianson.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Hauke (Andrew) and Arthur Meyer (Denise); his grandchildren, Kim Wyatt (Charles), Brian Hauke, Jadon Meyer and Joshua Meyer; his great grandchildren, Tessa, Wesley and Oliver; and his brother-in-law Marv Christianson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Popp Funeral and Cremation Services (856 S Rusk Ave, Viroqua, WI 54665). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of plants and flowers, memorials are preferred with proceeds being directed to Freedom Honor Flight and the North West Prairie Lutheran Church Cemetery.
