It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Werner of Onalaska, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Briggs and Doris Briggs (Hohmann); and her brother David Briggs. She is survived by: her former husband Gerald Werner; her daughters, Amy Demorest (Bob) and Emily Spencer (Jeff); her grandchildren, Hunter, Lilly Morse, Payton, Parker, Everly, Isla Demorest, Natalie, Jackson, Brynnlea and Hadley Spencer; and her siblings, Floyd Briggs, Lynda Irvine, Laurie Ross and Sue Dresen.
